ALL ORDERS ARE SECURE AND CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IS ENCRYPTED

At The BC GPS Store customer service is paramount. We strive to give the best service as well as make the online shopping experience as pleasurable and easy as we possibly can.

ORDERING METHODS
You can place an order with The BC GPS Store online using our secure server, or by phone, fax and/or email. When checking out, you will be provided with three different options, namely Credit Card, Paypal and email from a drop down menu. All you need to do is select the one you wish to use. Please note that all internet orders are secure and encrypted.
 
ONLINE ORDERS ( Credit Card)
We accept both Visa and Mastercard credit card transactions. Online transactions are processed through our secure server, and merchant processor. However we also accept Pay-Pal transactions. Should you choose to pay via Pay-Pal, then you will be redirected to the Pay-Pal website. Once you have completed the transaction at Pay-Pal, you will be prompted to return to The BC GPS Store website to confirm the payment has been made. Should you omit to do so, then please contact us with the details so that we can continue to process your order. You can telephone 1-866-6375157 or alternatively fax 1-250-7663448 or email us at

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept Visa and Mastercard, Pay-Pal, personal and company cheques (at our discretion), money orders and bank drafts, email transfer, wire transfer and bank checks for payment from within Canada and the US. Please email thebcgpsstore@shaw.ca with any inquiries you may have about ordering, shipping and payment.
Payment by checks will be subject to a waiting period of sufficient time, to allow them to clear, prior to the processing of the order. Customers wishing to use this method, please contact The BC GPS Store sales at 1-866-637-5157 for address details.
The BC GPS Store reserves the right to review and reject all orders should they deem them to be not authentic.

BACKORDER POLICY COMPLETE SHIPPING
All orders with in stock items, will be shipped within 24 hours of us receiving the order and payment, however in certain instances, where special orders have been requested, these will be placed on a backorder list and shipped as soon as the item clears in the warehouse. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (PT)

CUSTOMER PICKUP POLICY
The BC GPS Store does allow customers who purchase online, to collect their orders from the retail store premises. These orders, however, will be subject to a handling charge.


ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders that have not already been shipped can be canceled, please advise us as soon as possible on telephone number 1-250-7663448. However special order items cannot be canceled.

WARRANTY POLICY
Most products are covered by a 1 year manufacturer's limited warranty.

RETURN POLICY RETURN PROCEDURES
Items may be returned within 1 week of purchase. Prior to returning items to us you must obtain an RA (Return Authorization) number by email. This can be obtained by emailing thebcgpsstore@shaw.ca RA numbers are valid for  7 business days, and the item must reach us within that time. 
The RA number must appear clearly on the shipping package, and on a copy of your receipt enclosed with the return. 
All returns must be packaged properly.The RA number must be clearly marked on the outside, the item must also be shipped with a courier service that provides tracking information and the item must be insured. All returned items will be subject to a 7% credit card processing fee. However this will not apply should the item be returned due to a manufacturers defect.
Certain items cannot be returned i.e. opened software, opened unlock certificates, or GPS models that include software as part of the package. Special order items under certain circumstances may be returned, however will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.  Products which have had the UPC bar code removed from the package or which have been registered with the manufacturer (i.e. as when applying for a rebate) will not be accepted for return. We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not conform to these standards.
