" I just wanted to thank you. I was in last week trying to up date my BMW (Garmin) GPS and you talked with them and got a fax number so I could send all the details to them. Well after I sent them everything I could find with a long explanation on the history of the unit coming with the bike, and a couple of follow up phone calls (on hold for 1/2 hour) they finally gave in and let me register the unit under my name. So I assume I can now come buy the new software and up date it. Which I will do very soon, but I just wanted to thank you for your help in not giving up.  Persistence makes a difference. - Buddy, C., November 2009
